Coordination of Supports (CoS)
At Sanctum Services, we offer compassionate, person-centred support coordination that helps NDIS participants navigate their plans with clarity and confidence. Our goal is to empower individuals to access the right supports, build capacity, and take charge of their wellbeing and independence.
We work closely with participants, families, and providers to ensure plans are understood, implemented effectively, and adapted as needs evolve. With a focus on advocacy, connection, and consistency, our team provides the steady guidance needed to turn goals into progress.
Whether you're new to the NDIS or seeking more from your current plan, Sanctum is here to walk alongside you—with care, clarity, and community at the core of everything we do.
Support Work
At Sanctum Services, we provide specialised support for people living with psychosocial disabilities, including those with complex needs and forensic backgrounds. We prioritise stability, trust, and respect—offering trauma-informed, person-centred care that supports recovery at every stage.
Our support workers assist with daily living, routine-building, and community connection, always at a pace that suits the individual. With experience in custodial and inpatient transitions, we create safe, structured environments where people feel heard, empowered, and ready to move forward on their own terms.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
At Sanctum Services, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes provide safe, supportive environments where individuals can thrive. We aim to offer participants their own sanctum—a place where they feel secure, respected, and empowered to live independently.
Tailored support is available 24/7 for those with psychosocial disabilities, complex needs, and forensic backgrounds. Our trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach helps residents build life skills, establish routines, and achieve personal goals in a structured, emotionally safe setting.
At Sanctum, we offer more than housing—we provide a foundation for healing, independence, and lasting change.
